Inovix Media provides YouTube channel growth services — specifically subscriber growth and video view promotion — delivered exclusively through managed Google Ads campaigns. We do not use bots, fake accounts, engagement pods, or any method that violates YouTube’s Terms of Service.

2. No Channel Access Required

We never require your YouTube account password or administrative access. We only require a publicly accessible channel or video link to run a campaign on your behalf.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in INR and/or USD as shown on our website or provided directly by our team at the time of order. Prices are exact and not subject to hidden fees. Payment is due in full before a campaign is launched, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Delivery

We aim to launch campaigns within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Delivery timelines for full order completion vary by order size and are outlined in our Refund Policy. We do not guarantee an exact delivery date, only a reasonable delivery window based on order size.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes Beyond Delivered Quantity

We guarantee delivery of the subscriber or view quantity ordered, achieved through genuine Google Ads campaigns. We do not guarantee monetization eligibility, algorithm performance, channel growth beyond the ordered quantity, or any other outcome not explicitly stated at the time of order.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• You confirm that you own or have the right to promote the channel/video link submitted
• You agree not to make your channel or video private, unlisted, or delete it during an active campaign, as this may prevent delivery
• You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with YouTube’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inovix Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, channel demonetization by YouTube, or account suspension by YouTube, except where such issues are directly and solely caused by our campaign activity in violation of these Terms.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law
