1. Nature of Our Service

Inovix Media provides YouTube channel growth through professionally managed Google Ads campaigns. We deliver subscribers and video views by running paid advertising campaigns that promote your content to real viewers — we do not use bots, automated traffic, or engagement pods.

2. Delivery Timelines

Campaigns typically begin delivering within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation and order setup. Full delivery of the ordered quantity is generally completed within 7–15 days, depending on order size and campaign performance.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following cases:

• The campaign has not been launched within 24- 48 hours of payment confirmation, through no fault of the customer
• A duplicate or accidental payment was made

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

• The ordered quantity has been fully delivered as agreed
• The customer’s video or channel is deleted, made private, demonetized, or suspended by YouTube for reasons unrelated to our campaign, during or after delivery
• The customer requests cancellation after the campaign has already been launched and partially delivered — in this case, a partial refund may be issued for the undelivered portion only, at our discretion
• Change of mind after delivery has been completed

5. How to Request a Refund

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within  5–10 business days, subject to your payment provider’s own processing times.

7. Trial Orders

Trial orders (e.g. 1,000 subscribers or 25,000 views) are subject to the same delivery and refund terms as full campaigns, scaled to the trial’s smaller size and timeline.
